Purpose: 

The purpose of this bulletin is to notify agencies of an automatic union dues increase for employees represented by NYSNA in Bargaining Unit TE. 

Affected Employees: 

Employees represented by NYSNA in Bargaining Unit TE are affected.

Background: 

Per the request from NYSNA, dated May 18, 2026, membership dues for employees in Bargaining Unit TE (Deduction Code 207) will be increased as follows.

Effective Dates: 

Changes will be effective in paychecks dated July 9, 2026.

OSC Actions:  

At the request of NYSNA, OSC will identify employees in Bargaining Unit TE with dues (Deduction Code 207) and increase the dues as follows:

Agency Actions:   

Agencies must notify affected employees.
