General Municipal Law (GML) requires all fire districts to file an Annual Financial Report (AFR) with the State Comptroller. Presenters will provide an overview of the various sections of the AFR and the financial data required to complete the report. We will also discuss how to avoid some of the more common filing errors when completing the AFR.
